Are Tomi watches authentic and new?+
Yes. Every watch is brand new, sealed, and quality-checked in our Dhaka studio before dispatch. Each order includes a Tomi warranty card and premium gift box.
How does Cash on Delivery work?+
Place your order without paying anything online. The courier rider will hand over your parcel and you pay in cash. You may open and check the watch in front of the rider before paying.
How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days. You'll receive SMS updates at every step and can track your order anytime.
How much is the delivery charge?+
Inside Dhaka ৳70, outside Dhaka ৳130. Delivery is free on orders over ৳2,500.
Can I exchange my watch?+
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the watch is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
What does the warranty cover?+
The 1-year warranty covers the movement (the mechanism that keeps time) against manufacturing defects. It does not cover glass, strap, battery, water damage from misuse or physical damage.
Can I pay with bKash or Nagad?+
Yes. Choose bKash, Nagad or Rocket at checkout, send the amount to our merchant number and enter your Transaction ID. You can also pay by card through SSLCommerz.
Can I resize the steel bracelet?+
Yes. Send us your wrist size with your order note and we'll adjust it before dispatch, free of charge. You can also visit our studio for sizing.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?+
