7-day easy exchange
You may exchange any watch within 7 days of delivery for a different model or variant, provided it is:
- Unworn and free of scratches or marks
- Returned with its gift box, warranty card, tags and protective film
- Accompanied by your Order ID
Damaged or wrong item
If your watch arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo or unboxing video. We’ll replace it free of charge, including delivery.

Exchange delivery
For change-of-mind exchanges, standard delivery charges apply for the return trip. If the new watch costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference.
