Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) within 3–7 working days after approval. Card refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your bank.
Non-refundable
Delivery charges for change-of-mind returns, and items that have been worn, engraved or damaged after delivery.
