What’s covered
The movement (the timekeeping mechanism) is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. We will repair or, if repair isn’t possible, replace the watch.
What’s not covered
- Glass, strap, bracelet, crown or case damage from impact
- Battery replacement (we offer this at cost)
- Water damage from use beyond the rated water resistance, or opening the case outside our studio
- Normal wear, scratches and fading
How to claim
Contact us with your Order ID and a short description of the issue. Bring or send the watch with its warranty card to our studio at Level 4, House 12, Road 11, Banani, Dhaka 1213. Most repairs are completed within 7–10 working days.
